No. It's a review request tool. After you've helped a customer, it emails them from your own address to ask how it went. Everyone you ask gets your Google review link. Happy customers see it first, and anyone who wasn't happy can also tell you privately, so you can make it right. We don't publish anything about your business.
Do you post reviews for me?
Never. Google reviews are written by your customers, on Google, if they choose to.
Who sees my customers' answers?
Only you. We send them to your email. If a customer also leaves a Google review, that review is public on Google.
Do my customers need an account?
No. One tap on the link in your email, one tap to rate.
Will my customers know I'm using Rapid Feedback?
The email comes from you and doesn't mention Rapid Feedback. The rating page shows your business name, at an address that starts give.rapidfeedback.net.
Does it work for my kind of business?
If you serve customers and have their email address, yes. Trades, clinics, salons, restaurants, inns and more. Choose the right word for your work in Wording.
So feedback requests come from your own email address, which your customers know and trust. Make.com is the free service that connects Rapid Feedback to your Gmail or Outlook.
Does Make.com cost anything?
Make.com's free plan includes a monthly allowance of credits (1,000 a month as of October 2026). Each request or reminder uses some of them. Check Make.com's pricing for the current limits.
Which email do my customers need?
Your customers can use any email.
Can more than one person send requests?
Yes. Anyone with your page address can send. For shared devices, ask us for a PIN.
Can I send to a list of old customers?
Rapid Feedback is built for one request per job, soon after the job. Sending big batches can trip spam filters, and there's a limit on how fast requests can go out.
Can I send a request again to the same customer?
Yes, for a new job. Each request has its own link.
Can I change the wording of the email?
Some of it: your word for the work, a default description, the thank-you line and your signature. See Wording.
Where can I see all my feedback?
In your email. There's no list in the app, so keep your feedback emails in a folder. See Where to find past feedback.
