Hearing back from customers¶
Feedback comes to you by email, at the address on your account. There's nothing to log in and check.
When you'll get an email¶
| Your customer… | You get |
|---|---|
| rates the job Poor or Very poor | "[Customer] was not happy", right away |
| then writes what happened | "[Customer] added details", with their words |
| rates Very good or Good and writes a note | "[Customer] left a private note", with their words |
| rates Very good or Good with no note | No email. It's counted in your weekly recap |
| doesn't answer | No email. It shows in your weekly recap as a request sent |
Plus, in any week you've sent requests or had answers, you get Your Rapid Feedback week, a short recap with your numbers.
Good to know
Feedback emails come from feedback@rapidfeedback.net, with your customer's first name in the sender name, like "Priya via Rapid Feedback". Press Reply, and your reply goes straight to your customer's email, not to us.
Where to find past feedback¶
Your Rapid Feedback page is for sending. It doesn't keep a list of past answers. Your feedback emails are your record, so:
- Keep them. Don't delete feedback emails.
- Make a folder or label called "Customer feedback" and file them there.
- Search your inbox for "via Rapid Feedback" to find them all at once.
Make sure they reach you¶
Add feedback@rapidfeedback.net to your contacts so these emails never land in spam. See Making sure our emails reach you.
