After a good rating

When a customer chooses Very good or Good, the next page thanks them and makes it easy to leave you a Google review.

They see Thanks for your feedback and "We're glad it went well. A Google review helps [your business]."

Below that:

  1. Leave a Google review. One tap opens your Google review page in a new tab. They write the review on Google, in their own words.
  2. Anything else for [your business]? (optional). A box for a private note, with a Send note button. Only you see it.

Your customer can do either, both, or neither. There's no pressure.

Good to know

We can't see whether a customer actually posts a Google review, and we never post one for them. Your weekly recap shows your Google review count and star rating, so you can see how things are going over time.
