Your weekly recap¶

A short email with your numbers, in any week you've been busy.

When it comes¶

Once a week, on the same weekday you signed up.
Only if, in the last 7 days, you sent at least one request or a customer answered. Quiet weeks don't get a recap.
It comes from hello@rapidfeedback.net, called "[your business], Your Rapid Feedback week".

Reading the numbers¶

Last 7 days and Since you started each show:

Feedback requests sent: how many customers you asked.
Feedback received: how many answered.
Average rating: out of 4, where 4 is Very good and 1 is Very poor. It only appears when someone answered.

Google (when we can read your Google listing) shows two lines:

your number of Google reviews and average star rating when you started with Rapid Feedback,
the same numbers now.

Good to know

Rapid Feedback ratings are out of 4. Google stars are out of 5. They're different scales, so they're shown separately.

If the Google lines are missing¶

Sometimes we can't read the numbers from your Google review link, and the Google lines are left out. Everything else still works. If you'd like them, email hello@rapidfeedback.net and we'll take a look.

Turning it off¶

The recap comes from hello@, the same as our tips. To stop them, use Unsubscribe at the bottom of any hello@ email. See Unsubscribing.
