Used, expired or paused links

Every feedback link belongs to one customer and one job. Here's what a customer sees if they open one that's already used, too old, or paused.

Already used

Already Submitted. "Your feedback has already been received. Thank you!"

Below that, they can still press Leave a Google review, or send a note if they haven't yet. They can't change their rating.

Already Submitted, with the Google review button and a note box

Expired

Links work for 90 days. After that, customers see Link Expired, with a thank-you from your business.

Your page is paused

If your plan is paused, customers who open a link see Temporarily Unavailable and "Please try again later or contact [your business] directly." Links work again as soon as your page is back on.

Temporarily Unavailable: This feedback form is temporarily unavailable

A broken link

If a link has been cut short or mistyped, customers see Page Not Found and a request to check the link in their email. If a customer tells you this happened, you can send them a new request.
