How much is it?

$49 CAD / $35 USD a month after a 90-day free trial. See Your plan and free trial.

When will I be charged?

• Card added during the trial: on the day your trial ends, then monthly on that day.
• Card added after the trial ended: the day you add it, then monthly on that day.

Where are my receipts?

Stripe emails one after each payment. Every invoice is also on your Stripe billing page.

Stripe doesn't recognize my email

Use the email you typed when you added your card. It may be different from the one on your Rapid Feedback account.

I added a card but my page still says paused

Stripe usually updates us within a few minutes. Refresh the page. If it's still paused after an hour, email hello@rapidfeedback.net.

"Could not start checkout"

Something went wrong opening Stripe. Wait a minute and try again. If it keeps happening, email hello@rapidfeedback.net.

How do I cancel?

Yourself, anytime, in Stripe. See Cancelling.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel on the paid plan, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months. Cancelling during your free trial means you're never charged.
