Emails from Rapid Feedback¶
We send you three kinds of email, each from its own address, so you always know what you're looking at.
Who sends what¶
| From | What it's for | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| account@rapidfeedback.net | Your account: sign-in links, confirmations, setup | Verify your email, settings link, your page is ready |
| feedback@rapidfeedback.net | Your customers' feedback | "[Customer] was not happy", private notes |
| hello@rapidfeedback.net | Tips, trial reminders and your weekly recap | "Ask while they are still happy", "Your Rapid Feedback week" |
Every one of them is signed Rapid Feedback. When you press Reply:
- on a feedback@ email, your reply goes to your customer;
- on any other email, your reply comes to us, and a real person reads it.
Good to know
The feedback requests your customers get don't come from any of these. They come from your own Gmail or Outlook, through Make.com. See What your customers see.
In this part¶
- Every email, explained: what each email is, when it comes, and what to do.
- Unsubscribing: what you can turn off, and what you'll still get.
- Making sure our emails reach you: keep us out of spam.
Stripe sends its own emails about payments and receipts. See Managing billing in Stripe.
