When your page is paused

If your trial ends without a card, or your plan ends, your page pauses. Nothing is lost, and you can continue in a minute.

What "paused" means

  • Your sending page shows Your Rapid Feedback page is paused.
  • You can't send new requests, and follow-up reminders pause too.
  • Customers who open an old link see Temporarily Unavailable.
  • Your settings, wording and connections are all kept.

Continue with Rapid Feedback

  1. Press Continue with Rapid Feedback.
  2. Stripe's secure checkout opens. Your first month ($49 CAD / $35 USD) is charged today.
  3. Confirm. Your page is back on, and everything works again right away.

Good to know

If the page says "If you already added a card, your subscription is being updated.", your card is on file and Stripe is catching up. Give it a few minutes and refresh. Still paused? See Billing questions.
