Rapid Feedback User Guide

Ask your customers how it went, in about a minute. This guide shows you how.

Rapid Feedback is a review request tool for local businesses. After you've helped a customer, you send them a short, friendly email from your own inbox. Your customer taps one of four answers. Everyone you ask gets your Google review link. Happy customers see it first, and anyone who wasn't happy can also tell you privately, so you can make it right.

That's it. No app to install, no new habits to learn, nothing for your customer to sign up for.

What Rapid Feedback does

  1. You send a feedback request. Type your customer's first name and email on your Rapid Feedback page, and press one button. The email goes out from your own Gmail or Outlook, signed with your name.
  2. Your customer answers in seconds. They pick Very good, Good, Poor or Very poor. No account, no password.
  3. You hear back. If they weren't happy, we email you straight away so you can reach out. If they leave a note, we send it to you.
  4. Everyone you ask gets your Google review link. Every customer who answers is shown your public Google review link, happy or not.

What it doesn't do

  • It isn't a review website. We don't post anything about your business anywhere.
  • We never write, change or hide reviews. Google reviews are written by your customers, on Google.
  • Your customers' answers and notes on Rapid Feedback are private. Only you see them. (Any Google review they leave is public on Google.)

How to use this guide

  • Read the Quick Start first. It covers everything you need to send your first request.
  • Then dip in when you need something. Use the menu, the search box at the top, or the A to Z index.
  • Bold words are the exact names of buttons and fields on your screen, like Request Customer Feedback.
  • Boxes like these point out helpful extras:
