Fair to every customer

Rapid Feedback treats every customer the same way. Here's how, and why it matters.

Everyone is offered your Google link

Every customer sees the Leave a Google review button, whatever they answer. After a good rating it comes first. After a poor rating it comes after the box for telling you what happened. It's never hidden.

Ask every customer

Please send a request after every job, not only when you think it went well. That's how the whole thing works best:

  • You find out about problems while you can still fix them. A customer who hears back from you quickly can end up feeling better about your business than before.
  • It's honest. Google's review policies ask businesses not to pick and choose who they invite to review. Asking everyone, and offering everyone the same link, fits that.
  • It's simpler. No deciding, no second-guessing. Every job, one request.

What we never do

  • We never write, edit, post or remove reviews.
  • We never stop an unhappy customer from reviewing you.
  • We never share your customers' answers or notes with anyone else.

From an unhappy-customer alert

People don't expect perfection. They appreciate it when somebody owns a mistake and is willing to make it right.
