What you get

  • More Google reviews. Every customer you ask gets your Google review link.
  • Asking made easy. A few taps on your phone is all it takes.
  • Customers who actually answer. Requests come from your own Gmail or Outlook, and answering takes one tap. No app or account required.
  • A heads-up when something’s wrong. A poor rating alerts you right away, and customers can send you a private note, so you can make it right.
  • Follow-up done for you. One optional automatic reminder for customers who don’t answer.

Questions

How does the founding offer work?

Start your free trial like anyone else. The first 25 paid customers get the founding price ($19 USD or $25 CAD a month) from their first charge on. It stays at that price for as long as you remain subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the regular price applies.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can use it free for 90 days without one.

What happens after the free trial?

If you’ve added a card (from Settings, anytime during the trial), billing starts when the trial ends. If you haven’t, nothing is charged: your account pauses and requests stop until you subscribe.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime: Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Your account keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months aren’t refunded.

Which currency am I charged in?

US customers pay in US dollars; everyone else pays in Canadian dollars. In some countries, checkout may show and charge the converted amount in your local currency.

How do payments work?

Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Do my customers pay anything?

No. It’s always free for your customers.

What email do I need?

Your business email needs to be on Gmail (including Google Workspace) or Outlook (including Hotmail and Microsoft 365). Your customers can use any email. You’ll also need a free Make.com account, which connects Rapid Feedback to your Gmail or Outlook. It’s a one-time setup.
