About Rapid Feedback

Google review requests for local service businesses.

Rapid Feedback is a review request tool for local service businesses. After you’ve helped a customer, it sends them a short email from your own Gmail or Outlook address asking how it went.

How it works

  1. After the job, you send a request from your phone. It takes a few taps.
  2. Your customer gets a short email from your address. It reads like you wrote it and doesn’t mention Rapid Feedback.
  3. They tap one of four answers on a page with your business name. No account, no app.
  4. Everyone you ask gets your Google review link. Happy customers see it first, and anyone who wasn’t happy can also tell you privately, so you can make it right.

If they don’t answer, you can have Rapid Feedback send one automatic reminder. It’s optional.

Your business email needs to be on Gmail (including Google Workspace) or Outlook (including Hotmail and Microsoft 365). Your customers can use any email. A free Make.com account connects Rapid Feedback to your Gmail or Outlook.

Ask every customer, not just the happy ones. No fake reviews.

Rapid Feedback isn’t a review site. It doesn’t write or post reviews, and it doesn’t text your customers.

Got a feedback link from a business?

A business you dealt with uses Rapid Feedback to ask how the job went. Tap the answer that fits. Every customer who answers is shown the shop’s public Google review link. Your rating and comments on our form go to the business only. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
